Nestled in the charming village of Ahascragh, this state-of-the-art facility is powered entirely by renewable energy, making it a true pioneer in sustainable whisky production.
Our guests enjoyed a behind-the-scenes tour of the distillery, learning how the team combines traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge, zero-emission technology to create their award-winning whiskies and gins. From the restored 19th-century mill to the innovative heat pump systems, every detail showcased their commitment to sustainability and quality.
